alarm relay location

So I am cruising the other day when my alarm goes off. I stopped the car and it stopped, but now the right turn signal lights, front and rear, are stuck on and my turn signals won't work. I have heard this may be an alarm relay or module problem. Any ideas on where those are located and how one might fix it?
