Servo, crack in a pipe = very stiff pedal, weak braking

we I apply the brake the pedal sometimes becomes very stiff and hardly any braking is happening, then it would suddenly kick in and the car would stop rapidly, then a ting noise comes from underneath the car.... can anyone help?? I'm scared to drive in case it stays stiff and I cant stop. thank you Ryan..

Is the ABS light on?

No light, brand new brakes on the back and the front ones aren't that old either....

found out the problem, it was the servo and a crack in a pipe, thanks for the help
