Best source for Volvo part numbers?

Hi,

Does anybody know what is the best source on the internet for Volvo OEM part numbers?

I ask because if possible, I'd like to avoid always going to the dealer with the old "part" in order to get the number, particularly when the dealer is not near.

I heard of Volvo Vadis, any of you who's got it?

Is there a similar place to purchase new material in Europe?

And second hand stuff? Any good suggestion to buy via the internet?
