2004 C70 Driver's window not working

With the top down and only the passenger window up, I tried to raise all windows with the central switch, not knowing that the passenger window was up. At the same time the passenger tried to lower the passenger window. The windows went up except for the driver's door window which went part way and stalled, neither moving up or down with the window switch nor the central switch. All other windows worked fine with either the single switch on the driver's door or the central switch. The driver's window went up slightly when I tried it with the door switch (not the central switch) but not all the way to the top. Raising or lowering the top activates all windows except the driver's door. The window is now partly open and will not move either up or down. All other windows work from any available switch.

Any ideas? Door switch? Door module? Fuse? Programming?
