Sounds like a vacuum leak.
Please upload a pic of the hose or explain where it comes from so we can help you put it back on.
Please also tell us the code you are getting.

Thanks JDS60R,
I have been able to locate and fixed the loosed hose but problem still persist. The error code on the OBD are

1. P0101 : Mass or volume airflow circuit range / performance.
2. P2188: System too rich at idle bank 1.

and consistent Engine system service required on the board. Please can you help out on what to do ?

Hello Tunde,
I have the same code on my OBD P2188 and I am not sure what it is, I already changed the 2 oxygen sensors and a ram sensor. Have you gotten your problem fixed?

Here is my post related to P2188.

I know it doesn't have a solution, but some ideas. For mine I never found out what caused the code, but it went away after about 2 weeks and hasn't been back. It may have been the computer adjusting to the tune up, who knows. Did you recently have work done?
