Difference between a 2007 s60 sport package and non-sport

I was shopping around fr a Volvo CPO 2007 Volvo s60 off lease, and I was at my closest dealer.
There were two s60s i was interested in, both in good condition.
2007 s60 sport package fwd - $27k
30,000 km, good condition and a scratch or two in the interior
2007 s60 base model + leather - $23k
60,000 km, good condition interior and exterior

i test drove both, the s60 base model seemed a little more comfortable with the leather, is there any significant difference between the sport package and the base model, that would make a $4000 dollar difference, and their car faxes are clean.
What are the differences between the two, all i know is the two tone leather and 17" and 16" alloy wheels and the sport has a bumpier ride. Both are 2.5ts. I've bargained down the sport to $25300 and the base I could possible bargain down to $21500. I really do like the sport's interior is it actually worth a 4k difference ?
PS : I'm in Canada and CPO 2007 s60s average are between 22 - 30k.
Both are metallic black paint.

The difference is 30,000 Kilometers which in itself is worth $2000 (US) and the sport is much more rare.
Also the sport was more to begin with
If you want one of these buy the one with the LEAST miles (Kilos), plus of course being a sport it's nicer and has more equipment
