99 s70 ets light on but no chk engine lt

99 s70 ets light on but no chk engine lt

I have a 99 s70 non turbo that has a ets light but no signifigant driveability changes . The light came on friday and nothing strange has happened yet. Could this be a symptom of another problem . I have heard the symptoms of etm failure but wonder at this point if driveability should be a now concern. It did have the software upgrade a few years ago.130,000 currently.Any thoughts?
