Hello Volvoians,
Any other suggestions for bring the OBDII system back online for an inspection sticker ! ?
I did the " special drive " thingy and that did not work. What about disconnecting the plugs
to the ECU ? I mean there's gotta be something else, somebody, has done something else,
in the past, to remedy this nuisance ? Whaaaat, replace the ECU ! ? What if the replacement does it ! ?
Any ideas, ladies and gentlemen ! ? ....I did the drive, I did the dust & wiggle method...
be back later,

Many states give special dispensation to Volvos since the readiness monitors are so fickle. If yours is not such a state try to re-boot the system by removing a battery cable for 15 minutes or so and then try doing the drive cycle all over again.
