Can not get Inspection sticker

Hello Volvoians,
Still no answer solution about the " Not all onboard diagnostic functions are available "
....or something like that !
So far I have erased the engine code about evap. PO455 i think !
Did the funky " reset computer " drive, yuh, 3x.
Disconnect batt. and tied the 2 batt. cables together for the total discharge effect.
....at the same time, I disconnected the cables at the engine and ignition compters
under the hood on the rt. side . ( sitting in the drivers seat )
Does anybody else have any ideas ! ?

You have to drive the car through the cycles to get all the systems sending data. I had to drive the 850R about 75 miles to get everything reset. I don't know about MA, but in TX, you can have up to two systems "not ready," but all the others have to be functional to pass inspection using the OBD II. I wouldn't unplug the computers too often. Sounds like you've reset everything, and it has to go through several drive cycles to get ready messages. There is a thread about this somewhere. Good luck.
