1990 Volvo 740 No Driver Headlite

My driver side low beam head lite does not work. There is no voltage to the lite socket. High beam works ok. Passenger side lite works, high and low beam.

Can you help? Does anyone have the wiring diagram?

Before baffling yourself with wiring diagrams check fuse #19, low beam left.

The bulb failure warning relay can also be a culprit.
