Is it rare, yes.
is it "hot" ....not really
Why?
In 04 and beyond, most people bought the S60R, but if you can live with FWD this is a great car and fun to drive,
(even though it will give you some torque steer) and you don't have the hassle of the 4C suspension and it's $600 shocks!
Depending on how greedily (word?) he prices it, it should still be there in 30 days.

I've bought and sold a couple of these, they don't fly out the door and mine were low mileage, well priced examples.

I can definitely live with an FWD vehicle, torque steer is some what a problem, but i'll go easy hahaha. the t5 seems more like an every day car than an R, i had the same oppurtunity to buy an 04 R a couple months back, but the car was sold within 30 days
As for sale price i believe it's around 12ish..not too sure, but it seems like a great price
*fingers crossed for 30 days*

You sell cars
You're supposed to buy wholesale or close to...
That's (higher) retail with 90K miles
I paid 13,400 for an 05 6 speed with 35k miles nearly TWO YEARS AGO and it was NICE

Better
Wholesale auction prices, most with 30K LESS miles so 8500 would be very fair

do you think it may be a little hard for someone to get approved for a loan considering the mileage? from what i've seen with my sales experience...most people dont carry 12 grand in their pockets, and banks HATE financing high mileage cars!

Never heard of a bank ask for mileage especially if a new car dealer is selling the car

yepp! your chances of getting approved for a car loan on an older high mileage car isnt't as great as opposed to a newer lower mileage car
