2003 v70 2.4m

Post by brick8 »

Thinking of buying a 2003 v70 2.4m with 140,000 miles. Was curious if anyone here knows what the letter "m" means in 2.4m? Not "manual" because the car has an automatic transmission. Also wanted to know if the auto trannies on the 2003 are better than in the 2001s and 2002s. Cheers!

YES 03 trannies are better
There is no such a moniker as a 2.4"m" (ignore it)
Mod note. Jim passed away in early 2022, his contributions to this forum are immortal, and he is missed. RIP
