I just finished change the front pads on my wife's 2005 Odyssey.
After I finished, I found out that my wife was told she'd need to change the rotors in about 6 months.
If I change the rotors then, will I need to replace the pads again? How about if I change the rotor sooner?
I using Akebono pads all around and centric rotors for the rear. Will probably use centrics for the front.

No, you won't have to change the pads, but keep in mind that the rotors and pads "bed" into each other.
A couple good hard, quick stops on the new rotors should do though.
