2002 xc-70 retro 3rd row

am looking to buy and install a 3rd row seat in my o2 xc 70 was wondering on difficulty of project and availiablity of the seats.

Never installed on, so I can't comment on the difficulty. The link below will take you to the instructions. Put in your information on the page you will be directed to; (choose 01-08 V70) then 2002 model, then auxiliary rear facing seat as the keyword. Search doesn't come up when using the XC70 in the 1st box, I assume the V70 would be the same. Erie VoVo or some other Volvo parts yards will probably have them. You can search car-part.com to check. You might try posting want ads on this forum and others such as Swedespeed as well.
