STC is the acronym for the system that keeps the front wheels from delivering all the drive to the FWD wheel that is slipping, similar to read wheel limited slip trick. i drive with the STC on and off without any problem. like most any other thing that non-trivial i take my car to my mechanic (had him for over +10 years, 5 miles down the road) always down me a straight deal.
2001 S80 T6 272 base HP engine / IPD ECU / F&B IPD antisway bars / Bilsteins / Ferrita downpipes and cat back exhaust (on the way!)
