Vac line replacement - where do these two lines end?

Vac line replacement - where do these two lines end?

Im trying to figure out where these two vac lines end and how best to access those areas for replacement with silicone hoses. My car is a 2002 S60 2.4T
Vac lines in question have a green dot for marking
