which turbo is gonna be the RIGHT turbo?
So here comes the age old question . what turbo is the best for me ? i want a turbo that easily reaches 15 lbs of boost. bust not that expensive yet very reliable. i was thinking of a turbonetics GTK series or their t3/t4 series. but what size would be appropriate? all i hear for turbo sizes is mm .. what does that mean .. what size is right for me ? what about garret turbos .. what would be a wise choice ? thanks for the help!

Most modded Volvo owners stick to the Mitsubishi turbos, as they bolt right up with little futzing around. A 15 or 16T (stock equipment on the 850/S70 Turbo) will easily handle 15 lbs, but if you want more, you should probably step up to the 18T.
One problem is finding a matching flange to fit your exhaust downpipe. Your '95 (should) have a conical flange on it unless it was changed already at some point in the car's life. You'll want to upgrade the exhaust system as well; fitting a big turbo to a stock exhaust won't get you much more power.
