Started my 2004 v70 and I had a note in info windo that drivers door was open. I thought that maybe I had gotten some moisture in the door switch and it (door) wasn't being seen as shut. Well I hadn't gotten vehicle wet in car wash.
Guess I'll need to take apart door or at least remove door interior panel to see what the deal is.
Someone must have had this experience happen to them did the switch go bad, get jammed, derailed etc.
does panel just pop off?
Odd that it just popped up. When I pulled fuse to get the ringing to stop info window said srs airbag need urgent service or something to that efect. Had to re-insert fuse so I assume that a disonnect of battery will clear that code, hopefully. I guess my question(s) is this the start of something. I just had fluid completly evacuated from transmission and had no problems until this surfaced. Any help or thoughts would be appreciated.
