JUST FIXED REMOTE LOCKING ISSUE V70 1999

Hi Everyone
Just a quick post to say I found a cure for my V70's strange remote locking behaviour. When using the remotes (2 came with the car), the car was unlocking but not locking, sometimes the lamps flashed when locking but not always, and one remote seemed better than the other. Previous owner had changed the batteries to no avail. Having just dismantled the pair of them, I found that in one remote the battery holder had a broken tab, so the battery was floating around in the case not making contact, whereas on the other one, the lock button on the PCB was hanging on by a thread, not making contact every time. I have now made 1 good remote from the 2, and it works every time now!
