Color does not matter
body bruises are okay
cuts and scrapes are doable
BUT no Rot!
maybe light surface rust

but looks magnificent and the seller is a honest guy, so what he represents is probably what you get and is about your price range.
I would consider this one, the right parts are new (tranny) and the condition is plain awesome for the miles (gees, for almost any miles)!

There is a green 98 V70 AWD Turbo with only 52k miles listed for $7800 in Ashland, Virginia (just 10 minutes north of Richmond, VA) do a Craigslist search for 1998 Volvo V70 on the Richmond, VA Craigslist, or try this link: http://richmond.craigslist.org/ctd/2146577665.html It looks pretty nice in the pics and thats sure low miles for a 13 year old car.

I have a 94 turbo wagon. It has roughly 220k-230k miles (odometer is broken). It's an automatic and runs really good. The body is in good condition other than a few dings and bruises and with no rust. There is a few things wrong with it though. I can send pics and tell you everything you need.
