I found a nice volvo 850 awd 1997 turbo. I don't know about their reliability. Specially the turbo and the awd features.

Somebody can tell me?

actually wondering the same thing, especially the awd system, is it not the first year? there seem to be a bunch for sale right now on canadatrader.com, coincidence??

The early version of the AWD is not nearly as reliable as the newer ones. They are more likely to have problems, and very expensive to fix. One Volvo mechanic I know related the early AWD version to the transmission as far as repairs went.
