95 850 GLT Driver Seat Back Question

I am able to keep hitting the forward button and it 'inches' forward little by little until it is where I want it. Otherwise, I don't know.

Is there anywhere besides the dealership where I can buy the seat back cable? They're wanting $80 for it and this seems steep...

I bought one from the dealer and I got it for fifty something. I then returned it when I found out that it wasn't the problem. Volvo is steep on parts. You can ask for a discount. It doesn't hurt.
