My cold air intake was kinda random because it relies somewhat on duct tape ;-). Everything that has duct tape involved should be in this topic!

That pink duct tape is just hilarious. You should roll up to a Volvo owners meet and pop the hood. Say it's NASA heat tape.

I've been meaning to contribute this little gem for awhile. A friend who did vinyl cutting put this sticker on my car while i was helping him do some welding work. I finally got around to taking a picture since i'm washing and waxing the car next weekend and its gotta go. i didn't know who it was, apparently its Brock Samson also known as the "Swedish Murder Machine"

Here's a funny thing that happened; I'm talking to the wife as she's driving and then she stops mid-sentance. I hear background noise and then she says; "I'll call you back, someone just hit me." I'm freaked 'cause the daughters are in the back seat!

She calls back and I ask if everyone is OK.
Yeah.
What happened?
I got rear-ended.
What happened to the car?
The rear bumper is a little scuffed-up.
What happened to the other car?
Her front end fell off.

I was rolling on the floor.

BUMP for thread revival.

the beaver is no longer on the 850 due to a wreck, and the new s70 no longer has a front tow hitch due to front mount intercooler.
:(

I do have a sheep now though. 8)

We had an early a couple early 80's 240's and we needed to make a septic field so we dug a big hole dropped the wagon in, stuck the septic line through an open window, buried it and voila! Volvo septic field.
