17 inch Pegasus rims..Will they fit my car?

I've got a 96 850 T-5R and I have found a great deal on some 17 inch Pegasus rims with brand new tires that came off a 2005 S60-R can somebody tell me if they will fit my car? At $400 for the rims and tires if they'll fit I don't wanna pass this up..Oh yea and the rims are in great shape too...Thanks for the help Tim..

Rims will, tires won't, too wide
You need a 215/45/17 tire and it will be close
You're better off buying IPD replica PEGS, they're a bit narrower (7-1/2"vs 8") and will work better, they also have a more friendly offset

The tires that are mounted on the rims are 235/45/17 so these will not work?

hey ive got a 2000 S80 and i was just at the volvo dealer talking about getting pegasus rims. he also thought they would be too wide with 235/45/17 tires but i bought my car with 235/45/17 tires and yes they rub on the driver side. so do you think if i got the pegasus rims and put narrower tires on it would work without rubbing?

He has a GEN 1, a 96
Not even close to what you have, 235s will NOT fit
