Unable to reset the Check Engine light on my 850GLT

The Check engine light is on for no reason in my 1995 Volvo 850 GLT. Both me and my mechanic has tried all the tricks, With the flylead in the A2 socket and by using the OBD II reader to clear all codes. The problem is that the code blinks 1-1-1, No problem, The light will not go out! Any suggestions?

check for transmission codes on socket A1. Transmission malfuction will also trigger a chk. engine light.

It worked! The light is out.
