New Battery Car won't start

Post by shelly4278 »

I just replaced my battery on my 2005 S40 about three weeks ago. and it was fine. I had them run an alternator test and that was fine. my car will not start now. I called the dealer and they might of thought the battery could of been bad. Before I take it there and spend the money could it be somthing else? The battery is not holding the charge

How long does it take to discharge?

Have you checked that all of the interior lights, glove box light, engine and luggage compartment lights are all going off when you park up?

I took it to the dealership. They found out it was just a bad battery that I had purchased.
