Many times I read about "my local dealer" on this forum in negative tones. I guess I am fortunate, my local dealer, is "The Volvo Store" here in Orlando,Fl. I have, over the years, found them to be quite courteous and helpful, when they didn't have be, and they did this knowing full well no money was changing hands. Their parts manager today saved me about 2 hours of my time, gas, etc. I'm grateful.
