Replacing the head light lens of a 2000 S80, Help!

Does anyone know how to replace the right headlight lens of a 2000 S80 T6????? The guy I bouhgt it from was going to do it but now said he wouldn't because he would have to take the front bumper off to do it?!?!? :shock:
