What is the differance between a Low pressure turbo and a High one? I have 2000 C70, how do I tell which one I have?

The 2.3 liter C70, which is a T5, has a High Pressure Turbo.

The 2.4 liter C70, which is the base model, has a Low Pressure Turbo.
