2000V40. Had repairs but cannot reset theft mode. car think

Had repairs on 2000 V40 and cannot get car reset. It thinks it is being stolen. Everything comes on (all Lights) but will not turn over. What is the combo to reset car, not radio but car. I am sure there is a sequence with key, key fob and ignition. help

Radiator hose, thermostate and bracket were replaced. Car was electronically unhooked. Battery disconect. Car was hot but r uniing when I pulled into service because hose had burst. All repairs are done and all dash board lites turn on as well as radio and entire car. The car is in the anti theft mode and I cannot get it out. It is nothing more then that, I can tell.
