Can anyone tell me where this goes?

I was cleaning out my 2008 XC90 yesterday and found this plastic piece in the rear next to the battery compartment. I looked all over to see where to replace it, but could not find it. The numbers on the back of the piece reads the following:

86 86 310-SA3
Grey 399 81 346
Oak 399 81 347

There's also a small 7 x 6 grid that's numbered 1-6 and has a bunch of small dots all over the inside of it.

Can anyone tell me what it's for? Thanks!

I can tell you what it is, roughly where it goes but not what it does. It is a selector gate for the 3rd row seats and looks like it sits somewhere between them. The attached shows it at part #9.
