850 code 2-3-1 problems

The most common test is to pull out the oil dipstick with the engine running and warmed up to look for smoke. A small slip of paper should be sucked in slightly to the opening, indicating that the system is venting properly.

well i think the pcv system may be my problem then. there is some smoke coming out of the dipstick so I took it to a shop this morning (quite an endeavor because the car stalled out the entire way lol). i'll post whatever i find out.

Hi everyone, I'm the first time poster as well.
Responding to the topic - check ignition distributor cap (and a rotor of course). I had an exactly the same problem - a 2-3-1 code.
Every few days I had to reset ECU in order to enjoy ride with full boost. Replacing cap and rotor solved the problem.
