Headlights on 2003 V40 Topic is solved

I bought a used 2003 V40 in January of this year and have really enjoyed the car.

However, over 11 months of ownership, I've replaced headlights three times. To me, they should last years instead of months.

Wondered if anyone else had similar experience or know what causes this.
