My first purchase was for a complete tune-up kit for my new-to-us 850R, i was unsure about exactly which parts i wanted buy for my car and through alot of online research of people experiences i had some questions - namely which pluigs/wires/electronics did i want and was there really a difference? The rep i spoke with (M.Ellison) told me he himself had an 850 and had been working with cars and parts for quite a while and what his personal experience had been. He urged me to go OEM, offered me advice about some performance things they did not sell on the site and where he would buy them and gave me a great price helping a very grateful owner.
My second purchase were brake items ordered thurs 4/14 and everything arrived mon 4/18 well packaged and correct. Again i ordered over the phone and this time i spoke with a different rep, he answered some of my specific questions with " I don't know but if you can hold on i will find out right now, i am actually a BMW guy" he got back to me quickly with intelligent answers, they were even able to price match some premium brake pads that were %25 cheaper on special @ rockauto.com and still offer me MVS discount on top of the rest of the order and free shipping.
My third order is today 4/19 when i realize i should have ordered some new brake lines as well
