Oil leak @ crankcase

Oil leak @ crankcase

Has anyone experienced this ? I picked up mine from the dealer this PM and I was asked to keep a close eye on it. I don't mind that it's gunking up my engine block, but I don't like the idea of having to replace a seal there.

Thanks for any feedback on cost, mileage, seriousness of it, etc...

Where from the crankcase is it leaking?
