2000 C70 Throttle Body Cleaning

I want to clean the thottle body in my wife's 2000 C70 2.3L Turbo. Got the TPS replaced under warranty (what massive job THAT was...thanks for all the info out here on that) about 30K ago. But I think the body needs a good cleaning. How the heck do you get that thing out of there? Is there a tutorial on Matthews site? I have been looking, but can't find one. Found a great tutorial on replacing the timing belt which I did this past weekend. Saved me about $400 in labor. And got a beer and a smile from the wife!!!

Any throttle body help would be appreciated.

Parts Car: 2000 C70 Ragtop w/2.3L Turbo, died at 200K miles (water pump siezed. took out timing belt)
