850 Interior Lights Flickering

Hi all,

On my morning commute today, I drove the 850, I noticed for a good 2-3 minutes the dashboard lights were flickering like crazy. The headlights were working fine, and there was not sudden loss of electrical power. I'd like to know what this could be and if anyone else has had this experience. I've heard that it could be the dimmer switch? This works fine however, so I'm somewhat at a loss.

It's the dimmer switch, I had the same problem and had to pay about $200 for it (for that little thing?!!!). I couldn't believe the price, those in Honda or Toyota would cost $45 bucks. I had to replace it after 15 years. You could buy a cheap used one but who knows how long it will last.
