Blitzsafe Install issues

Hi everyone,

Well, after driving around for a few weeks in my '96 850 listening to my MyFi XM player through the cassette adapter, I finally upgraded to the Blitzsafe AUX adapter.

I installed it last night, soldering the yellow + wire (and a 12v adapter for the MyFi) to my cigarette lighter's + wire and the MyFi's ground wire to the lighters - wire.

Anyway, the sound is absolutely horrible. After a fraction of a second of decent sound it drops off to a very weak and poor quality.

Has anyone else had an issue like this with the BitzSafe Aux adapter and/or the SC-811 head unit?
