Car runs fine inspite of code. No Symptoms relating to code. What is the downside of ignoring since there are many things that could cause this?

This is the code for "system too rich (bank 1)." This means that most likely your front 02 sensor is going out or is bad. You should not ignore it. If you do you could damage your catalytic converter which would be big, big, let me repeat, BIG bucks to replace. If you live in a state with emissions testing, it will also not pass them. Buy a new 02 sensor from www.fcpgroton.com with the harness attached (not the one you have to splice in) and it's an easy repair. Good luck!
