abs sensor problem after disconnect

Post by caro-james »

I disconnected the abs sensor on front wheel to replace the hub shock absorber and hub assy. After repair, I have a strange sound when I turn my key on switch. Is it because I did not disconnect the battery before repair (or remove fuse)?

where is the noise located? Is it the electric power steering pump under rt headlamp?
Abs unit behind battery?
Do you have noise when wheels turn?

I cannot see where inside the hood. I listen a click click when I turn my key in the ignition switch (without turn the motor on) and the sound continue average 5 to 10 secondes after I removed the key.
Is it dangerous that I turn the motor on and go on the road with my car?

I think the noise is near the motor. Maybe the abs behind the battery because I removed the sensor.
