I recently got into a well cared for V70 XC. Shortly after I got it, the passenger seat stopped adjusting. The seat heater works fine, the fuses are all good, everything is plugged in; it simply stopped working. Is it just time for a new switch plate?
Has anyone else run into this?
The dealer was helpful in determining what it wasn't.
Any suggestions?

My bet is the switches. Pick up a can of contact cleaner and spray it into the top of the switches (in the cracks) and see if they come back to life. It is a common problem, particularly if they are not often used like the passenger's seat.
