ETS Light on No Performance Symptoms

I have a 2001 C70 Coup that had the ETM replaced at 60K. It now has 105K miles and the ETS light is on. It sometimes goes off and comes back on. I have not noticed any performance issues as a result. I will be calling Volvo today to see if I am within the 10 year warranty still. Is there anything else specific I should check/try to resolve this. I was going to sell the car but would like to clear this up first.
