v70 1999 turbo awd transfer box auto/manual same?
Hi,could somebody out there tell me whether the transfer box on a 1999 2.4 turbo awd auto is the same as a manual model.Mine is noisy and I have been offered one from an auto but my car is a manual.Thanks.

Can't answer that,we (USA) do not have any older manual AWDs
(You're also in the wrong forum, this is for cars 01 and newer)
My guess is they're the same, they are on the newer models, such as the 04-07 V70-S60R that comes in auto and manual
