new timing components ,now have code po422

2001 volvo xc70, 214,000 miles
I just changed out all the timing components for my vovlo , new timing belt,new water pump,new idler pulley, new tensioner pulley, I also installed a new front intake cam seal (it was leaking oil). I also installed a new o ring and gasket on the turbo return oil line.
The car runs perfectly fine but is throwing the code PO 422 now. It hadn't done that before. I cleared the code and it came back.
I do have some oil showing around the turbo air intake tube.
Anyone have any ideas why I'm getting this code now
