looking into buying an XC90

Hi Group,

I've had 700 series Volvos since 1989. I still drive two 700's. I have 1998 Mercedes ML320 SUV and not too happy with it the maintenance over the last six years. So now, I want to try out the XC90 and I'm shopping around. My budget is geared toward the years 03-05. What should I look for? What should I avoid? What should I expect? Anything else that would be of help?
