95 850 Wagon Driver side Headlight no power

The drivers side headlamp is not receiving power at the fusebox under the hood. Inside the car the switch is feeding power. To make this more interesting the indicator on the dash is not lit, any suggestions?

FYI it was the light control relay. :D
