sub hook up problem.

Post by Guest »

I bought my friends audiobahn system and got it mostly hooked up. I ran into problems towards the front of the car. I cant find a hole in the fire wall to pass the battery wire through and I also cant get up into the fuse box to connect the fuse wire. Does anybody know what to do without running the wires through the fender and arking the fuse wire across the wiper/horn fuse?

Hey,
I just saw your post. I put a sub box & amp in my 85 744T in September. I found a hole plugged with a rubber grommet above the gas pedal. I drilled a hole in the grommet and fed the power wire through it, then used the gromet to re-plug the hole in the firewall. You likely have this probelm solved by now. But if you have some questions email me at [email protected]. I also have some tips that seem to have served me well as I installed my system.
