Does anyone know anything about DP tuning chip on Ebay UK

Hi all. Am seriously considering one of these chips from a sweedish seller on ebay.co.uk he is offering a dp tuning chip to up the power on an 850R manua gearbox to 330hp

My car already runs at 280bhp and the engine is good and well loved. I have the exhaust and air filter already just wanted to know if anyone has one of these fitted and is it any good, or does anyone know of this tuners reputation.

I love my car so don't want to take any chances.

Why not go for a RICA chip ? on english forums these seem popular rather than some cheapee from fleabay

Hi,
It has been done by Rica before but only I think stage 1 or 2 tuned. Which is why it is only 280 not the 320 that RICA claim they can get you too.

I am tempted by this chip, as if you read other forums the consensus seems to be that most of these chip manufacturers seem to select a set up and then burn it to the chip and make loads of them, which is why I struggle to spend another £400 with Rica just to take out the chip and re-burn it. When the soldering work is already done on my car the swap is incredibly easy. This also is first time I have seen a set up specific to a manual. Bits for Manual 850R's are not easy to come by so I tend to take my opportunity when I see them.

Anyway theres not much left in the car budget after the exhaust.

Did you buy the chip in the end, or not? I'm considering it aswel since i'm not able to get a rica in the netherlands. Only when the tuning is done by a reseller. I want to do the tuning myself to save some money. So i was hoping you would have some feedback?
