2003 volvo S80 T6 dash display not working properly

I have 2003 S80 T6
The dash display acessories (tachometer, speedometer,gas guage etc ) are not working when I first start the car, when I hit a bump they start to flash and work for awhile then stop working again this goes on for awhile then they will work.
I just had my transmission rebuilt, and prior to that there was no problem with the dash
Also my turn signals light on the inside of the vehicle do not work durning this time but they work on the outside of the vehicle
All other accessories seem to be working fine
