2000 Volvo S40 oil leak on rear of block

Greetings!

I have an oil leak on the rear of the block on my 2000 S40. It is right above the oil pan gasket on a bolt that has a tube that, I believe, goes to the turbo. I understand that this is somewhat common. Looking for part numbers(s) for the seals, and some guidance on how to replace the seals.
